1/7 The meaning of these two pillars and the inscription. The pillars of Boaz and Jachin, mentioned in the Bible, are key elements of Solomon’s Temple. These bronze columns, located at the entrance of the temple, Boaz means ‘strength’ and Jachin means ‘he will establish. Beth (ב): This letter is often associated with home, creation, and duality. It also symbolizes the idea of building and establishing, which aligns with the name Jachin, meaning ‘he will establish.’ Yod (י): This letter represents the hand of God, divine power, and creative energy. It is linked to the idea of strength and power, which corresponds well with the name Boaz, meaning ‘strength.’
At the very top of the door, we see the letters יהוה, which is the name of God in the Bible
Yod (י): Represents the hand of God, divine power, and creative energy.
He (ה): Symbolizes breath, revelation, and light.
Vav (ו): Stands for a hook or connection, often representing unity and continuity.
He (ה): Again, symbolizes breath, revelation, and light.
On the door, there is a six-pointed star, known as the Star of David, also called the Shield of David by some, with a cross at its center. This represents a union or convergence of Jewish and Christian traditions, symbolizing divine protection and faith. Above the door, there is a cube.

Sulfur: Placed on the right, sulfur represents the soul and desires. It is associated with solar energy and active, creative force.
Salt: Placed on the left, salt symbolizes the body and matter. It represents stability and the physical substance, serving as the material base for alchemical transformations.
Mercury: Placed on top, mercury is the spirit and the principle of connection. It is associated with lunar energy and the ability to transform and communicate between sulfur and salt.
